The Power of Breath
Have you noticed the way your breath reacts to your current stress state.
When relaxing your breath may be slower and smoother
When stressed, anxious or fearful we naturally shift our breath from this slow deeper breathing to shorter breaths that are in our chest area.
And when something makes you jump, you may momentarily stop breathing.
This is a response to your nervous system activity.
Just as your breath responds to your nervous system
Your nervous system will also respond to your breath.
Breathing is complex and dynamic
Noses are for breathing, Mouths are for eating
Oxygen and Carbon Dioxide are both important in breathing

Each week you will have a one to one call with myself and individual techniques to practice daily at home between sessions.
This will give you knowledge, training and positive habits to be able to practice on your own whenever you need.
You will also have access to my at home audio guides for your practices.
