Benefits of Silence

In todays busy and demanding world, it can be quite difficult to find a space that offers true natural silence.

We are over stimulated by technology, human voices, TV, cars, planes and the constant sounds and distractions around us.

Studies have shown the harmful effects of this noise pollution that we exist in; including more stress and anxiety, sleep issues, reduced focus and clarity and can sometimes include foggy memories, increased heart rate and has also been linked to high blood pressure.

Spending time in silence can help to heal some of these challenges

  • Daily Nature Connection sessions - accessible online.

We offer these in monthly session that run over the course of one year.
