An introduction to Nature and Forest Bathing and Nature Journalling. (Free Session)

We always get lots of questions about Nature and Forest Therapy often to referred to as Forest Bathing; so this session is to offer some information and to experience a couple of invitations for you to experience.

The first questions to be answered - there is no swimming involved and YES clothes are mandatory!

This has been an incredible popular session and ran a number of times throughout 2022.

This session will be 1.5 hours long.

You will discover more about the concept of Nature & Forest Therapy and its origins / history swell as experiencing a couple of the invitations for yourself for a gentle morning of slowing downing calm.

Due to the change in location, we ask that you have access to some elements of nature. This can include a plant, a window with views into the garden or landscapes beyond, a stone, cone, feather or twigs for a few examples. Please also have access to a pen/pencil and paper for the journalling element of this morning.

Being in Nature helps us to open our creativity as well as being a continual teacher to us. Nature journalling is a reflective practice that helps our connection with nature and our own true nature. There are many elements of nature, when explored, that we can relate to our own life journeys and this gentle process can offer both clarity and resolve.

Registration can be made directly onto zoom ( you will need to pre register to gain entry)
