Relaxation is a great way to end your day and step out of the busy, hectic and often demanding day.

Relaxation helps our body to switch from the stress arousal mode of our nervous system to our rest and digest ( the parasympathetic branch) of our nervous system which prompts our body to relax, restore and revitalise.

you will be guided through a triple journey; through your senses, your body and then dropping into the silence.
