This session will guide your through a simple breathing technique that can be used as often as you like.
A relaxing format, we start with a brief introduction of how to use our breath and the benefits of using our breath in this conscious manner - the breathing technique that we will be using this evening is designed to balance your nervous system.
You will then be guided through a breathing session using just this breath for approx 15 minutes.
