Welcome back to first Spring in person public Forest bathing for the season. This is a beautiful morning to step out of our usual hectic days and into a few hours of slowness and stillness in Nature.
During this 2.5 - 3 hour experience you will offered a variety of invitations to deepen your connection and relationship with the nature and the natural world that surrounds you.
This is a real opportunity to simply pause and breathe. We encourage you to be technology free, demand free and guide you to a sense of timeless flow.
This is not a hike, we do not actually walk that far, it is also not a nature class.
It is a beautiful morning of slow and calm, I personally feel this time rebalances, restores and revitalises me.
When we connect with nature, we connect with our own true nature.

There is lots of scientific studies now around forest bathing / shinrin yoku and the benefits that bathing in the phytoncides of the trees naturally give us - including increasing our NK cells, rebalancing blood pressure and reducing our stress response.
