Virtual Nature & Forest Therapy Session

Stepping out of the busy demands of life to slow down and relax in our Nature & Forest Bathing session. This session will help you to slow down, relax and reduce stress levels whilst awakening your body senses. 

We will offer a number of invitations through this session that are designed to help you deepen your connection with nature and the nature world that surrounds you, your connection with yourself and your own true nature. It also helps you to activate your calming branch of your nervous system, the parasympathetic nervous system, your rest and digest mode. 

This is a remotely guided walk which means that you can connect from your own home, garden or nearby green space. Or often participants choose a blend of home and garden. I would recommend you have some access to nature from a window to look out to a plant or a pet. It works, It has all been tested and proven. Once registered, your will be sent a zoom link. Simply have your device and perhaps headphones / earbuds, although not essential, and join at the relevant start time. 

Nature and forest therapy; spending time in natural green and blue spaces can help reduce stress, normalise blood pressure, increase clarity and focus, boost immune systems and enhance mood and overall feelings of wellness. 

This session is fully funded by Mindful Connections and therefore free to join.
