EcoNIDRA - Online

A deeply relaxing guided session for both your mind and body.

About this event

We are offering you the opportunity to join this event for free. Honouring the recent mental health awareness day and also due to the added pressures that many people are facing right now.

EcoNIDRA is a guided session that focusses on the importance of stillness and rest. Rooted in the ancient practice of Yoga Nidra it is often described as where shivasana meets nature connection.

Each session lasts for approx 50 minutes and during this time you will be invited to (ideally lie down) in a quiet place where you will not be disturbed. You will not need to speak or have your videos on for this session. Instead you can nestled in a space of stillness and rest and simply be guided by my voice.

You will be guided through a triple journey - through your senses, your body and the earth.

For added comfort bring some pillows and blankets and use either earbuds or headphones

The link below will bring you to a zoom registration, once registered zoom will send you your personal joining link.

To enable a peaceful experience, we lock entry a few minutes after the start time of 18:30 - so do arrive on time.
