Nature & Meditation Weekend Retreat

PAUSE ~ REST ~ NOURISH

This is a weekend of Nature therapy, Stillness, Soundscapes and Meditations.

We meet at 7pm on the Friday evening for our first Nature meditation of the weekend and to set our focus for our time together.

This will be a weekend of slow - think slow meanders across the open sands, silent meditations in the woods and soundscapes to feast our senses and guided meditations to help us connect within.

Intentional conversations to feed our minds and open our hearts and elements to invoke our creative flows.

As always we will offer this to a small group to invite the community spirit and hold a space that feels safe.

Accommodation will be at at wonderful Guest house in Sandsend . Travel and food/drink is not included

Rooms available as single rates or if you want to book with friends/ partners.

Part of our time we will explore the infamous Whitby Abbey and have a slow saunter along May Beck to the Fosse Waterfalls.

The retreat will end around 2pm - 3pm on Sunday to allow for gentle and safe return home journeys.

Cost range from £450 per person to £780 (shared between 3 people)
